Carefully wrap your ceramics in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during the transit back to our studio.

Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send your parcel to our warehouse address.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
